Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the tenant owes the lessor a fixed compensation of:
amount: 15% of the agreed rental amount incl. mandatory extras in case of cancellation up to three months before the start of the rental period;
amount: 50% of the agreed rental amount incl. mandatory extras in case of cancellation up to two months before the start of the rental period;
amount: 75% of the agreed rental amount incl. mandatory extras in case of cancellation up to one month before the start of the rental period;
amount: 100% of the agreed rental amount including mandatory extras in case of cancellation within one month before the start of the rental period or on the start date of the rental period.
